Identity For Purley Festival.
Hi Beau! I started with a re-draw of the initial logo just to create a little more balance in the white space. As you can see, not much has changed, it just looks a little more considered. If you want to stick close to the original we can use this new rainbow colour version, or go with the purple one, or even a combination of the two ....
Following on, to align with the brief I created a purple gem version. For versatility I've also made plain block versions too, and they are all drawn in vector format so they are completely scaleable and have transparent backgrounds.
The logo over the photo filter style I've designed to go with the theme - it can be subtle or really pop!
As requested, a little bling! The gemstone texture lends itself perfectly to the rich colours. A perfect cover photo.
I've edited some stock photos and some from the 2017 festival to tie in with a custom filter to match.
A punchy border and bold type create a fun way to share things people can expect to enjoy at the festival. I can create Canva templates for you so you can edit them on your phone really easily. Check out Canva here!
A bit of merch might be fun. I can do T-Shirts if that's of interest. No minimum order, I'll just create a link for you.
Another social template. Again I can make something like this on Canva for you to edit yourself. The Tag line is custom to look similar to 2017's Lobster font, the modern one is Bebas, - cool, free and available on the app!
I doubt the budget will stretch to billboards, but there are lots of cheap advertising spaces, so worth considering!
Posters on community boards are a free way to advertise, so may be worth a small spend on printing.
A little postcard size might even do the job for pin boards at local libraries, supermarkets etc.

I've gone for punchy, sparkly and purple! No problem at all if you want to keep the rainbow one, or use mixture, it has to work for the community. If you are happy with all this then I might do a little animated logo. It would be a fun way to introduce the new logo for Facebook etc. Let me know your thoughts! - Emma
Willow Way Brand Identity
The brand identity for Willow Way was an inspiring project from start to finish. Mental wellbeing is something I am very passionate about, so creating something really quite special was at the forefront of my mind. Creating an identity which presents a professional front, yet is friendly and soothing was the goal, with the added challenge of adding a willow element.
Lovely Lettering
The custom logotype is carefully crafted to create a balance between structure and freedom, with the perfect unison of the upright strokes allowing for the freeflowing curves. The little w reaches up for a helping hand from the capital W, creating a lovely element, almost a display of support, intimacy or affection in the typography. This may even be animated later.
Flowing Form & Calming Colour
Hand drawn elements create a perfect crisp and elegant willow tree which froms the basis of compilmentary patterns, as well as icons and flourishes set alongside the custom logo type. The only way to achieve that gorgeous structure was to hand draw each element to form the basis for the vector icon, carefully refining the details after scanning. Finished in a soothing palette of natural colours reminiscent of foliage, blue skies and cool water, the identity is as versatile as it is calming.
